Procedure followed by the trade licensing office

Processing of submissions at the trade licensing office, resolution of defects in submissions, registration in the trade licensing register, what documents result from the processing of the submission.

In the event of a merger or division of a company or cooperative, or in the event of the transfer of assets to a member, the following persons may continue the trade of the dissolved or divided entity, provided that they notify the trade licensing office of their intention within 15 days of the date of the legal effects of the merger, division or transfer of assets to a member:

The successor company or cooperative that does not yet have the relevant trade authorisation
The recipient member that is a natural person and that does not yet have the relevant trade authorisation

At the same time as notifying the continuation of the trade, the continuing person must notify the relevant notifiable trade or apply for the relevant concession.
