For the purposes of this guide, the term entry into business means:

For a person who does not yet carry on any trade, obtaining the first trade authorisation;
For a person who already is carrying on a trade, obtaining an authorisation to carry on another trade.

The moment at which a trade authorisation is created and the basic documents that must be attached (or available for filling in the relevant form) to the notification of the trade or application for a concession vary depending on the type of entity that will carry out the business activity.
