A Guide to Licensed Trades
Launch the Main Menu of the Guide to Licensed Trades.
The purpose of the Guide is to inform the public about the conditions for obtaining and exercising a trade authorisation. The guide describes the basic statutory requirements for the most common submissions to the trade licensing office, which result in the creation of a trade authorisation, a change in the information about the entrepreneur and their trade authorisations during the exercise of their authorisations, or the termination of the exercise of the trade authorisation. From the Guide, you can use external links to display the current versions of selected legislation directly from the Ministry of Industry and Trade website or, if relevant, to download (from the same source) the valid Single Registration Forms for submission to the trade licensing office. From the Guide, you can also launch an application to make electronic submissions to the trade licensing office and other government authorities via the Central Registration Point. The Guide also contains a basic description of the trade licensing office’s procedure for processing a submission, including information on the documents that the entrepreneur will receive from the trade licensing office as a result of their submission.
