Entry into business

A guide to entering into business:

Obtaining the first trade authorisation – entering licensed trade
Obtaining an additional trade authorisation – entering into business under an additional trade

Acts in the course of business

A guide to the acts that an entrepreneur performs at the trade licensing office in the course of business activity:

Notifying changes in the information and documents required for the notification of a trade or an application for a concession
Changing the responsible representative
Interrupting a trade and resuming a trade
Notifying the commencement and termination of a trade at an establishment; the address of the place where liabilities may be settled

Termination of business

A guide to the acts performed by an entrepreneur or the trade licensing office in connection with the termination of a trade authorisation for the following reasons:

Expiry of the validity period of the trade authorisation
Termination of the trade authorisation at the entrepreneur’s request
Death of the entrepreneur and continuation of the trade upon their death
Transformation of a company or cooperative or the transfer of assets to a member and continuation of the trade by the successor entity
