For the continuing person, the Trade Licensing Act specifies the following time limit for submitting the notification of continuation of the trade of a company or cooperative that has been dissolved by merger or division or, if relevant, after the transfer of assets to a member: the notification must be made in writing within 15 days of the date of the legal effects of the merger or division or the transfer of assets to a member.Required particulars of submissions
