Procedure followed by the trade licensing office
Processing of submissions at the trade licensing office, resolution of defects in submissions, registration in the trade licensing register, what documents result from the processing of the submission.
A natural person belonging to one of the groups of continuing persons specified by law. If the continuing persons is a legal person, the submission may be made by persons authorised to act for the legal person. Alternatively, the submission may be made by a person authorised under a written power of attorney. The identity of the person acting is to be proven using personal identification documents. At any municipal trade licensing office in the Czech Republic. The application may be submitted in person at any municipal trade licensing office – Central Registration Point (CRP) or sent to that office by mail or electronically (with an advanced electronic signature or to the data box of that office). It is also possible to submit the application in person via a public administration contact point (Czech POINT). For a personal meeting at the trade licensing office, the forms do not need to be filled in, as they are filled in electronically by the official dealing with the submission. Submissions may be made in person or through a representative under a power of attorney.
