In the notification, the continuing person will indicate the following: If the continuing person is required to make other submissions at the same time, such as the notification of a trade or an application for a concession in the case of continuation after the conclusion of probate proceedings, the required particulars of submissions are specified in the section of this Guide that deals with the relevant type of submission. There is no administrative fee for notifying the continuation of a deceased entrepreneur’s trade. If the continuing person requests an extract from the trade licensing register containing information pursuant to Section 60 of the Trade Licensing Act, i.e. proof of trade authorisation in which they are named as the person continuing the deceased entrepreneur’s trade, the administrative fee is set as follows: The administrative fees for acts related to the registration of a continuing person – e.g., the approval of the appointment of a responsible representative for a permitted trade – are specified in the section of this Guide that deals with the relevant type of submission. For the continuing person, the Trade Licensing Act specifies the time limit for submitting the notification of continuation of the deceased entrepreneur’s trade as follows: The trade licensing office will process submissions without delay and, if the submission is free of defects, it will make an entry in the trade licensing register within the general statutory time limit of 5 working days.Required particulars of submissions
