In the notification of the appointment of a responsible representative for a notifiable trade, the application for approval of the appointment of a new responsible representative for a permitted trade or, where relevant, the notification of termination of the responsible representative’s appointment, the entrepreneur will indicate: The responsible representative may notify the termination of their appointment themselves, but they must prove that they have informed the entrepreneur of the termination of their appointment in advance in writing. If the date of termination of the responsible representative’s appointment cannot be determined from the entrepreneur’s notification, the responsible representative’s appointment terminates on the date of receipt of the notification of the entrepreneur’s responsible representative or, if relevant, on a later date if specified by the responsible representative. There is no single registration form for submissions made by the responsible representative. The submission may therefore be made in arbitrary form, but it must contain the information required for its processing: Only a submission made by the entrepreneur is subject to the administrative fee. The fee may be paid in cash at the seat of the municipal trade licensing office, by postal order or by bank transfer. There is no administrative fee for changing the responsible representative for a notifiable trade. For entrepreneurs, the Trade Licensing Act sets the time limit as follows: the entrepreneur must notify and document the appointment of a responsible representative for a notifiable trade or the termination of the appointment of a responsible representative within 15 days from the date on which it occurred. In the case of the application for approval of the appointment of a responsible representative for a permitted trade, the appointment comes into force on the date on which the decision to approve the appointment of the responsible representative came into force. The trade licensing office will decide on the approval of the appointment of a responsible representative for a permitted trade within 30 days of the date of receipt of the application for approval by the municipal trade licensing office, provided that all requirements have been met. Within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of the decision to approve the appointment of a responsible representative, the trade licensing office will make a registration in the trade licensing register and issue the entrepreneur an extract. In the case of the appointment of a responsible representative for a notifiable trade or the termination of the appointment of a responsible representative, and if the submission is free of defects, the trade licensing office will make a registration in the trade licensing register no later than within the general statutory time limit of 5 working days.Required particulars of submissions
