In the notification of changes in the information and documents required for an application for a concession, the entrepreneur will indicate the following: The fee for the issue of an extract is charged only once even if the change relates to multiple trades. If multiple acts that are subject to a fee under this item are executed at the same time, the administrative authority will charge only one fee at the highest rate. The fee may be paid in cash at the seat of the municipal trade licensing office, by postal order or by bank transfer. If, by law, the result of the change made is not an amendment to the decision to grant a concession or an extract from the trade licensing register, but only information in the form of a notification, no administrative fee is required. For entrepreneurs, the Trade Licensing Act sets the time limit as follows: the entrepreneur must notify and document the changes within 15 days from the date on which they occur. The trade licensing office will decide on the amendment to the decision to grant a concession within 30 days of the date of receipt of the application for a change by the municipal trade licensing office, provided that all requirements have been met. Within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of the decision to amend the concession, the trade licensing office will make a registration in the trade licensing register and issue the entrepreneur an extract. If the notification of changes does not require an amendment to the decision to grant a concession and the submission is free of defects, the trade licensing office will make a registration in the trade licensing register no later than within the general statutory time limit of 5 working days.Required particulars of submissions
