Pursuant to Section 56(1) of the Trade Licensing Act, an entrepreneur shall inform the trade licensing office of all changes and amendments relating to the information and documents required for an application for a concession within 15 days from the date on which they occur. This does not apply to changes and amendments for which the Trade Licensing Act exempts the entrepreneur from this obligation (see the introductory information in the Guide concerning acts in the course of business). As prescribed by the Trade Licensing Act, the entrepreneur’s obligation to notify changes is as follows: the entrepreneur notifies changes and amendments to the information they provided in the application for a concession and, if relevant, changes and amendments to the documents they attached to the application for a concession. The required particulars of an application for a concession are summarised below under the link Required particulars of an application for a concession - if there has been a change in any of the above information or documents of the entrepreneur, and if the information changed is not exempted from the notification obligation by law, the entrepreneur is obliged to notify such change to the trade licensing office. The notification of the change must be made via a separate submission, preferably using the Single Registration Form (SRF) – Change Sheet. The Application for a Concession form is under no circumstances intended for notifying changes!
