In the notification of changes in the information and documents required for the notification of a trade, the entrepreneur will indicate the following: The fee is levied only once even if the change relates to multiple trades. The fee may be paid in cash at the seat of the municipal trade licensing office, by postal order or by bank transfer. If, by law, the result of the change is not an extract from the trade licensing register, but only information in the form of a notification, no administrative fee is required. For entrepreneurs, the Trade Licensing Act sets the time limit as follows: the entrepreneur must notify and document the changes within 15 days from the date on which they occur. The trade licensing office will process submissions without delay and, if the submission is free of defects, it will make an entry in the trade licensing register within the general statutory time limit of 5 working days.Required particulars of submissions
