The notification of the address at which any liabilities of the entrepreneur can be settled is directly related to the notification of the termination of a trade at an establishment if, by terminating that trade, the entrepreneur terminates their business activities at the establishment concerned. A change in the address for the settlement of liabilities may then be related to a change in another address (domicile, registered office, other establishment, etc.) – i.e. it may be related to the notification of a change in the information required for the notification of a trade or an application for a concession, or to the notification of the commencement or termination of a trade at another establishment, etc. The notification of the address for the settlement of liabilities is not directly related to any act that may be performed towards other public administration authorities within the Central Registration Point (CRP).Related procedures
