Commencing a trade at an establishment

Unless the law provides otherwise, a trade may be carried on at an establishment only if the commencement of the trade at the specific establishment has been notified to the trade licensing office and if the entrepreneur has a legal title to use the premises.

The following are exceptions to the obligation to notify the commencement of a trade at an establishment:

  • establishments listed in the notification of a trade or the application for a concession
  • vending machines and mobile establishments.
