In the notification of commencement of a trade, the entrepreneur will specify: There is no administrative fee for the notification of the commencement of a trade at an establishment. For entrepreneurs, the Trade Licensing Act sets the time limit as follows: submissions in respect of the commencement of a trade at an establishment are made in advance, i.e. before the trade is actually commenced at the establishment. The trade licensing office will process submissions without delay and, if the submission is free of defects, it will make an entry in the trade licensing register within the general statutory time limit of 5 working days.Required particulars of submissions
