LEGAL PERSON

The first decisive piece information for determining the scope of information and documents required for submitting the notification of a trade or an application for a concession is whether the legal person has its registered office in the Czech Republic. The location of the registered office is indicated in the articles of association of the legal person or, if relevant, in an extract from a public register maintained in the Czech Republic (Act No. 304/2013 Sb., on public registers of legal and natural persons and on the register of trusts, as amended) or in an extract from a similar register maintained by another country.
