I have permanent residence in the Czech Republic as stated on my ID card or permanent residence permit.
A foreign natural person
I do not have permanent residence in the Czech Republic, my domicile is abroad. I have a long-term residence permit for the Czech Republic, I will apply for such a permit, or I do not need such a permit.
The decisive piece information for determining the scope of information and documents required for submitting the notification of a trade or an application for a concession is the scheme under which the natural person resides in the Czech Republic. The determining factor is whether the natural person has permanent residence (i.e. domicile) in the Czech Republic. For the purposes of the Trade Licensing Act, it is then irrelevant whether the permanent residence is limited in time or not. The address of permanent residence is indicated in the ID card for citizens of the Czech Republic, and in the permanent residence permit for foreigners.
