Information on how and where to make a submission

Who can make a submission

A natural person, for a legal person – persons authorised to act on behalf of the legal person, or an authorised person under a written power of attorney.

The identity of the person acting is to be proven using personal identification documents.

Where to submit/deal with

At any municipal trade licensing office in the Czech Republic.

Method of submission

The notification of a trade or application for a concession may be submitted in person at any municipal trade licensing office – Central Registration Point (CRP) or sent to that office by mail or electronically (signed with a recognised electronic signature, or to the data box of that office). It is also possible to submit the application in person via a public administration contact point (Czech POINT). For a personal meeting at the trade licensing office, the forms do not need to be filled in, as they are filled in electronically by the official dealing with the submission.

Submissions may be made in person or through a representative under a power of attorney.
