Accessibility statement

The Ministry of Industry and Trade agrees to make the Trade Business Register website accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications, and on the amendment to Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on Public Administration Information Systems and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, by making the website perceptible, manageable, comprehensible and stable for their users, in particular people with disabilities.

This accessibility statement applies to the website accessible at www.rzp.cz.

After undergoing an assessment, the website has been declared, for the most part and to a decisive extent, compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended.

The basic form of communication of this website is the content of the public part of the Business Trade Register and the provision of tools for making an electronic submission to the Trade License Office, through which a user of this website can fulfil its registration obligation in respect of trade business.
